When I was arrested for the first FTA warrant on 1-20-24, right after I got the bus back, it was issued for not reporting to the pre-trial services office after court on 1-8-24 that I was told by Jennifer Stock that I did not have to appear in person for, but could appear by VIMEO, and didn't realize that I was unable to do so until the morning of the 8th and realized that the phone service data limit made it impossible to use Vimeo.

So I didn't violate the pre-trial conditions, but I just remembered that the reason I was able to get arrested before I could have that fabricated charge removed before the weekend, and didn't stay inside of the bus to avoid police interaction was due to someone driving a beige/silver 4 door Tacoma dropped off an older woman right outside of the front of the bus who was screaming bloody murder and I found her bleeding profusely from the forehead and I HAD TO call 911.

Please research that call on the 20th because I have no reason not to suspect that the people who cut my air brake line, especially where it was cut, knew that I was going to hear that woman screaming and it would be impossible for me to not help her and call 911.

Because that arrest led to next bs warrant for the .O223 BAC result that kept me held down in the bus like a hostage, then the arrest on the 18th was a "ghost warrant" that didn't appear in the FPD system on the 14th or at the jail on the 17th, and that arrest is why they issued the next FTA appear warrant for the 18th when I sent the clerk "Lori" the medical impossibly of being able to put my shoes on, and I was in jail by the time court was scheduled to start.

I'm not asking you to trust me Robert, but just be careful and consider contacting the FBI if you are not protected under the same umbrella as the "invisible legal force" whose been head hunting me since at least October and executed the initial takedown on 11-30-23.

If you aren't involved with that dark underbelly of characters in "the good ole' boys club" and they find out they you are up to date on what's been done to me so far, they don't have a bottom point when it comes to eliminating this target.

That's why I was so worried about Stem bridge once I realized that I wrote that note to the furious 5'8" white police officer who I saw once on the weekend of the 27th and 28th. I didn't see Stembridge, just the one who was banging on the door early Saturday morning and I finally looked outside the window the last time he left and was cussing and hitting the side of the bus then slammed his door shut and threw his hat on the dash like his head was about to explode.

I was worried that one of the people who are involved who hate me so much was talking shit about me or something else that makes me sound like a horrible dangerous person, and after I tried to get him to take some spaghetti with him when he was here two Saturdays earlier, I was worried that maybe they saw him laughing at them for being sofaking stupid.

White people who are above the law, are the most dangerous people in the world. And once they do something fucked up and wind up in a position to possibly be held accountable for what they did during the initial crime, there is nothing else more dangerous in the world. Including wild animals.

Trust me, I know this from experience and somehow survived getting attacked by a Judge in Louisiana who was already acting like a snake when I exposed her, and dude, once they had me buried in that hell hole in Tangipahoa parish,, they don't have a bottom to how low and despicable they are capable of acting if they feel threatened by the consequences of their own actions.

The only thing that's been able to keep me from being vulnerable enough for them to get rid of me is knowing how people who have never been held accountable for their crimes are going to respond when they get pissed off and desperate. That's why they had to file that Rule 11 motion to stop me from appearing in the same court twice.

Just be careful and consider at least touching base with a federal agent outside of Flagstaff. I don't know what happened to Special Agent Tim Hines in 2016, but neither does anyone else who worked with him at the MESA PD either. I talked to a dispatcher once who was willing to talk about him missing after I tried to contact him at the field office in PHX and neither them nor FBI Headquarters staff who I talked to showed where an agent Tim or Timothy Hines was previously employed by the FBI. That woman at MESA PD was pretty upset about him and his family missing from the surface of the planet and that a lot of people were talking about it, but nobody was saying anything about it "officially".

All I know is that by late 2015 he had become acquainted with my ex-wife since she was the HNIC of EMS throughout the whole valley and they would see each other at special events when he was often working undercover. He's the federal agent who initially arrested me for that email I sent in 2006 that caused such a shit storm and let to the whole attack on me by the DOJ because I concluded one sentence with a? Mark when I asked my only friend who was like my brother growing up in Louisiana, if he was with me or not when I was about to leave to travel to Augusta GA.

After I was arrested and over the years, he was able to do the research and understand that what I was so damn close to getting out of the house and go take care of, eliminating those two crack factories without hurting or killing anyone in the process, was the right thing to do. He would ask her about me every time they ran into each other and all I know is that he was pressured into asking her to sign another commitment order on me so the feds could have me locked up in a mental facility and do whatever they wanted to do to me while I was overdosed , AGAIN, like they did in 2006.

I don't know what they did to me but I know they were trying to make me stop telling them the truth and get me to stop wanting to go eliminate that target that's responsible for killing so many people, especially Americans, and after 7 months of being overdosed on the medical charts and whatever they did when I was unconscious, it didn't work, so they finally had to charge me for a crime, and the only reason they could was because of that single ? mark in the email.

I suspect that he was unwilling to keep pressuring her to have me committed since he was better informed and more supportive of my intentions and goals in 2006 than her, plus he was also the only law enforcement officer who wasn't able to confront me and talk to me as if I am mentally ill or a dangerous person also. And as of late 2016, the last time I checked, he and his family are still unspoken for, and unspoken about.

If you watch the body cam footage from 11-26 and 11-30, you'll hear me screaming about him , because I honestly feel like I am responsible for them disappearing.

That's why I was so worried about Stembridge, and I have to make sure that you understand how you are going to be in a dangerous situation unless the people who have been trying to get rid of me don't already see you as "one of their own". I know it sounds like a psy-fi movie or as if I'm delusional, but I haven't said anything to you about the situation in Flagstaff so far that I have not also shown you of the evidence.

A caged wild animal won't smile in your face and pat you on the back and call you a "brother" in uniform , and I know that the white man is capable of being just as vicious as a caged animal in their minds and love to torture their best enemies.

That's what they were resting in peace knowing that they had already accomplished with me, by making me suffer to death alone on the streets while hog tied to the probation officer in this county, before you met me and I don't think they were expecting that miracle to happen.

It's been a head hunt all along.

I knew that she was in on it the first time I asked her about the evidence I asked the FPD to secure when I was scared of the possibility that the MCSO was going to kill me and get away with it, and she didn't even acknowledge that I was asking her to get the evidence from the evidence room.

That evidence is what's responsible for causing all of this, and the fact that she was aware of the contents before she ever said a word to me the first time, is apparent since she never even acknowledged my request for her to get the evidence, or ask what the evidence looks like.

Uno, if you sent me an email to let me know that I won't be arrested for the outstanding FTA warrant based on the trespassing charge, at least until I have a chance to appear in court on the 22nd, that would be great!

Considering the fact that I was charged for trespassing after the burglar who broke into my home and found me in my bedroom after scavenging around for about 8 minutes, and nobody has a problem with that felon walking the streets, excluding all of the other obvious extenuating circumstances and illegal shit that led to me having no other option than to physically re-gain possession of my home, holding me accountable for trespassing in my own bedroom after the burglar broke in and found me on 1-15-24 is pretty ridiculous.

He didn't even get charged for those felony crimes and it's impossible for them to accuse me of trespassing without including the witness who caught me.

None of the other FTA appear warrants or the pre-trial conditions I was accused of violating were due to my own actions.

I had to live as a hostage for 49 days because my public defender didn't feel the urge to tap the buttons necessary to apply the document to a motion to quash that warrant, that never should have been issued, until after I contacted you when I found out it was a felony warrant.

She said I had to turn myself in for the .023 BACr before she could do anything else as my defense attorney, and nothing I could show her or explain about the 14th Amendment or asking why she was so obvious about denying me mine was able to get her to file the motion during that 49 day period.

They doubled the $100 FTA warrant fee after I showed up in court a week late on the 26th instead of the 19th too btw.

Anyway, it's just an option you have and at least I can have some type of assurance if I have an email from you saying that I won't be arrested for that particular FTA warrant for now incase theres some misunderstanding or another "computer glitch" and the notation attached to the dispatchers data base, disappears in I encounter an officer who sees the warrant is active on his computer screen.

I realize this is an unusual request but there's nothing "normal" or even legal about this situation at all. By now it should be obvious that I have been doing everything possible to avoid this wonderful clusterfk from becoming more problematic for any of us.

This is the evidence I received from the public defender a few months ago. It includes the ridiculous CAD report that basically just proves that the CAD system was functioning properly at the time, but the amount of contents missing from document is obvious.

I also don't know when they attached the resisting arrest charge but the case status shows that it was CLOSED two hours after the call, and again 32 hours afterwards in the supplemental report, and only the disorderly conduct charge was present at the time.

Besides other things, it was a guaranteed reason for Holberg to detain me and have both vehicles towed away while I was in jail waiting to see the judge for the resisting arrest charge added at an unknown time later since I had not been through the booking process nor issued a citation like the disorderly conduct charge.

The hand written document was produced by two different hands and different model ink pens, but the person who added the resisting arrest charge, obviously makes an effort to impersonate the initial officers handwriting, and I'm not an expert, but it's definitely not the handwriting from the same person.

Plus, the statements from the officers on scene described the call concluding with the disorderly conduct charge and that I complied with their orders to drive away and don't turn on my music again.

Also, it's not as if they, nor the dozen other offers who were dispatch to the scene when the appearance of the bus legally parked in town inspired someone to complain during the two months prior who didn't notice that I had an expired license plate, that I wasn't told about by anyone while I was legally parked somewhere.

After I asked the FPD officer to secure a copy of the totally fabricated crime scene performance that the MCSO turned in to the State as official evidence, and its beyond ridiculous based on the weather conditions alone, it was obvious that I had become an elevated threat, because instead of dispatching one unit like every other time they responded to a BS complaint from the people who obviously didnt approve of this bus legally parked in town, they were sending two if not three units every time and one morning at the place next to tractor supply, I noticed a fourth unit behind the loading dock wall when I drove away.

I knew my ass was grass but I just couldn't get the Jeep cleaned up to go sell it for as much as I could get in a hurry, and gtf out of this town.

I was definitely trying to, but I wasn't fast enough to avoid this wonderful clusterfk.

I'm sending you the latest updates with the evidence to confirm that I shouldn't have to keep living as if I have a reason to avoid being seen in public, because I'm definitely trying to avoid seeing justice served in my cases, especially on the handcuff happy warrant officer who has confirmed that I was accused of FTA on two different occasions, while I was incarcerated @ the CCSO jail.

It's been decades since I spent time in a radio room and obviously have no idea what a modern day dispatch center looks like since I was involved with implementing the 911 system in Tangipahoa parish back in the early 90's. As I pointed out in the email "Update on your Lemoine target" on 4-26, I appeared in court on that date instead of

4-19 due to my own stupid mistake and appearing on the wrong Friday morning for the trespassing charge from 1-15-24. So regardless what led to the criminal charge getting issued, I fkd up on the appearance date and the email contents Im going to include clearly show that the outstanding FTA warrant is the first warrant issued for my arrest that I was physically able to avoid.

I have to get out of this bus for a little while and I need to go to the law library in downtown and run some errands. I would appreciate it if you would let the officers on duty in the radio room know that the outstanding warrant for my arrest should not be executed if an officer happens to see me while Im out running errands or seen outside of the bus doing maintenance.

This Mike Rodriguez character, the one who laughed in my face at the courthouse when I was telling him that the FTA warrant from 3-18-24 was issued when I was in jail, the one I called fucking scum, his ass is going to jail for the list of crimes he's guilty of including manipulating the contents of the court entries that appear as official evidence on the screen, and failure to appear literate or perform simple math, as in do I owe 1 or 2 hundred dollars for the outstanding FTA warrant if the fine is $100?

When according to him it's $200.

Either way, I'm going to do my best to avoid being seen by an officer on patrol during my travels and if I'm spotted by a unit whose interested in taking me to jail, all they have to do is hit the air horn a few times and I'll walk towards them. My leg is much better but it's been less than 3 weeks since the obtuse fracture of my left lower tibia occurred, so my main concern about getting arrested is avoiding having to get stuffed in the back of a little SUV and the bone breaks apart again where it appears to be healing really well so far.

According to the comedian warrant officer who likes to lie to poor elderly woman and cause them to experience unnecessary grief because she was unaware of this magnificent clusterfk prior to attempting to pay the $100 warrant fine on 4-29, it is physically impossible for me to be seen in public prior to Monday morning regardless if the person who is willing to pay the $200 to clear the $100 fine does so before then.

Ultimately, I'm not the one who is going to be hurt worse if I get arrested over this head hunters floundering efforts to hurt me again, unless I get forced into the back of a unit by an officer who is included among the special interest group who are capable of doing the type of shit that was done to mechanically disable and sabotage my bus and my tibia breaks apart again.

I would be more than happy to offer some suggestions for how to resolve this potentially devastating scenario, but I get tired of talking to myself since I appear to be the only one interested in seeing the people who are guilty of the felony crimes that's obvious from the available crime scene evidence, avoid the consequences of their actions.

Except for Mr. Handcuff Happy fat bastard who likes to use his pen to hurt innocent people by deploying young soldiers in uniform to satisfy his sick criminal mind... lol .. charged me for FTA twice when I was in jail and assigned a $200 fee to the warrant as if I owed a previous balance.

I don't think it's necessary to get the ATF involved as of now, but I don't think my ignorant level of respect and consideration towards others who are going to be in seriously deep shit with the feds, won't be cured by another 24 hours in that holding cell either.

It's up to you to determine if I need to be cured from feeling like it's unnecessary to initiate a federal investigation and... uno what I'm saying.

I cannot pay the latest outstanding FTA warrant fee that is presently functioning as if I have a bounty on my head and I cannot risk the consequences of being arrested again knowing that its very unlikely that I will be released from jail without paying the fee before my bus/house is taken away from me again due being considered as "abandoned". Since I cannot risk the consequences of being seen outside of my home to go shopping or anything else that a citizen finds necessary to pursue "in public", and I have been unable to get a reply from the Municipal court Magistrate after numerous requests to remove the warrant fee that's functioning identical to a bounty, I'm not sure how or what the Superior court is expecting me to do in order to appear in court on the 22nd since I am very likely going to be arrested while attempting to reach the court.

If I had not disguised my appearance and started traveling to court on the evening of 4-28, I would have been arrested by one of the officers in the two police units parked between my bus and the bus stop all morning on 4-29 when Micheal Rodriguez convinced my poor elderly aunt who was on the phone with him at 9:30am, that she was possibly wasting her money by paying the $100 warrant fine that morning. I have to suspect it was due to the fact that he thought I still had to travel to the bus stop by foot, when I was less than 5 minutes away from the court house, and was told by him that 9:30 is the cut off time to appear on Monday and Wednesday mornings to "walk in".

Among the extensive list of examples that have appeared to make it impossible for me to be able to function as a human being defendant in CCO judicial system, I don't have the ability to travel to court without risking the consequences of what appears to be an opposing force who have been using malicious and/or an excessive amount of unjustified legal force against me.

I'm not sure who I'm supposed to reach out to in an effort to make someone aware of the situation that has been responsible for my inability to jump through the legal hoops efficiently enough to satisfy my opposition, especially considering the fact that I have been denied access to the evidence from the crime scenes on 11-26, 11-28, and 11-30 that clearly expose the fact that I was attacked on 11-30 and have been unable to escape from continuing to be preyed upon by the criminal justice system in this county.

However that may be the facts about my situation, here is an example of how my request to be excused from court due to crippling physical pain on 3-18-24 was denied, and I was arrested while wearing a medical device while waiting to see a nurse prior to the time court was scheduled to begin.

If I can't be seen outside prior to court on the 22nd, then I should be looking forward to seeing a chauffeur arriving that morning, right?

Who am I supposed to reach out to in a position to address this situation while we have a whole week to establish some sense of mutual understanding about the facts and evidence that I don't see how either side of this equation have the ability to avoid at the moment?

My lower back has been a disaster since an injury in 1992, but something new is effecting all of my toes thats similar to peripheral neuropathy but red skin and extreme burning and swelling.

Its been almost 3 years since I walked into a neuropathist office and during the previous decade i was under some type of treatment. My next appointment was going to be an ablasion to burn the nerves to not feel the pain, and it would take 6 months to get to that point again.

All i have to communicate with is email when I have wi-fi. Please let me know if I can appear on Wednesday? Any day when the opportunity exist to appear in the right courtroom in session. , I want to be there asap.

Ill send you either a note from the healthcare person who Im going see soon, or the hospital to confirm that i truly cannot put shoes on right now, with a couple of pictures too. Youll probably have that before 10:30 btw.

Its more like an allergic reaction than peripheral neuropathy or a sudden nerve stem getting pinched causing swelling and external redness. Its something new to me, hopefully its not major.

I will definitely let you know and send a medical form from a healthcare professional asap.

Please let the court know the reason for my absence.
